Wuding(WDCM) offers two models of tufting machines for manufacturing cut and loop carpets (combination of loop and cut pile), i.e. HCLL (high cut low loop) tufting machine and LCL (level cut & loop) tufting machine. Both of these two can create cut piles and loop piles simultaneously, the combination of which can present a three dimensional look and give great versatility to meet user's desired patterns.

HCLL tufting machine is configured with the yarn feed system which enables the feeding of the individual yarns to each needle is independently controlled. In addition to achieving cut pile or loop pile construction with each needle, the carpet production machine can tuft loops at 3 to 4 different pile heights to provide more possibilities of textured patterns. The tufting machine is suitable for the manufacture of carpets and rugs for household and commercial venues, including tufted floor mats for vehicles.

LCL tufting machine is equipped with yarn feed mechanism to control groups of yarns, so that even level cut piles and loop piles are formed. This carpet production process enables only one color to be usually tufted, and afterwards dyed or printed using additional carpet dyeing machine or printing equipment (Our COLORDOT tufting machine can produce patterned carpets with multiple colors).

The running speed of these two tufting machines is up to 600rpm, and the working width of which can reach 4100mm or 5100mm.
