Wuding(WDCM) has two basic types of carpet tufting machine to produce single-color level loop pile carpet and level cut pile carpet respectively. By using these carpet making machines, all of the loops or cut piles are the same height in the carpet, creating a uniform look. The working width of these tufting machines can reach 4100mm or even 5100mm, and the running speed is up to 1100rpm. Pile yarns and backing cloth are fed to tufting machine using servo motor, and the process can be easily controlled via touch screen with digital display, providing reliable and stable running. The machine-tufted carpets and rugs are featured by smooth and even surface with velvety finish which is durable and easy to maintain, and can be widely used in a variety of household and commercial venues, as well as vehicles.
